driving from I-25 Northbound:

  1. Stay on I-25 North toward Denver.

  2. Take Exit 193 for Lincoln Avenue.

  3. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Lincoln Avenue heading west.

  4. Move into the right lanes and continue about 1 mile.

  5. Turn right onto Yosemite Street.

  6. Continue north on Yosemite Street for about 0.4 miles.

  7. Turn right onto Kimmer Drive.

  8. Continue a short distance and look for 9220 Kimmer Drive on your right.

  9. Suite 240 is inside the building. Parking is available on-site.

driving from I-25 Southbound:

  1. Stay on I-25 South toward Denver

  2. Take Exit 193 for Lincoln Avenue.

  3. At the end of the exit ramp, merge right onto Lincoln Avenue heading west.

  4. Continue and stay on Lincoln Avenue for about 1 mile.

  5. Turn right onto Yosemite Street.

  6. Drive north on Yosemite Street about 0.4 miles.

  7. Turn right onto Kimmer Drive.

  8. Continue a short distance to 9220 Kimmer Drive on the right.

  9. Suite 240 is inside the building. Parking is available on-site.

DRIVING from C-470 Westbound:

  1. Stay on C-470 West.

  2. Take the Yosemite Street exit.

  3. At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Yosemite Street heading south.

  4. Continue south on Yosemite Street for approximately 1 mile.

  5. Turn left onto Kimmer Drive.

  6. Continue a short distance to 9220 Kimmer Drive on your right.

driving from C-470 Eastbound:

  1. Stay on C-470 East.

  2. Take the Yosemite Street exit.

  3. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Yosemite Street heading south.

  4. Continue south on Yosemite Street for approximately 1 mile.

  5. Turn left onto Kimmer Drive.

  6. Continue a short distance to 9220 Kimmer Drive on your right.
