Therapy for residents of Parker, CO
Welcome
Life can feel overwhelming, even when you're doing everything “right”. Between work, relationships, parenting, caregiving, and the endless demands of daily life, it's easy to find yourself exhausted, stuck, disconnected, or wondering why things feel so much harder than they should.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and focus on the parts of life that need attention, healing, or change.
I work with teens and adults in Parker, CO navigating issues such as: anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, ADHD, and the everyday stress that comes with being human. Whether you're struggling with a specific issue or simply feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, you don't have to figure it out alone.
As a certified EMDR and IFS-Informed therapist, my approach is friendly, down-to-earth, and practical. I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation—not a place where you have to have all the right words or pretend everything is okay.
You can show up exactly as you are; whether you're feeling put together, falling apart, or somewhere in between. All parts of you are welcome here. Together, I'll help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Let’s work together.
