EMDR & IFS-Informed Intensive

Deep healing. real relief. in less time.

If you’ve felt stuck in therapy—like you’re making progress, but it’s slow or surface-level—this might be the shift you’ve been craving.

My IFS & EMDR Blended Intensives are a one-time, immersive opportunity to go deeper, faster. This extended session is designed to help you explore the root of what’s keeping you anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected—and walk away with clarity, support, and tools you can actually use.

What’s Included

Each intensive includes three parts: a pre-interview session, your intensive therapy block (you choose Option 1 or 2), and a post-interview session for reflection and integration. You’ll also receive a client workbook designed to help you gain insight and clarify goals for our work together. The workbook should be completed before the pre-interview session so we can identify your strengths and areas of need.

2 hour Pre-Interview

We’ll meet either in person or virtually to gather history, identify your strengths, explore attachment patterns and communication style, and set your goals for the intensive.
Completed 1–2 weeks before your selected intensive session.

1 hour Post-Interview

This session is your space to process key takeaways from the intensive and talk through next steps for your care or continued therapy.
Completed 1–2 weeks after the intensive.

Choose Your Intensive Format

OPTION 1

One 3 or 4-hour block of time to gently and intentionally explore the parts of yourself that need support. Using EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems), we’ll build emotional resources that can offer insight and immediate relief.

Total time: 6 or 7 hours
Investment:$1350 or $1575

OPTION 2

Two 3 or 4-hour blocks of time to go even deeper into your inner work. This option includes further continuation of building resources using EMDR and IFS, as well as EMDR reprocessing when appropriate, making it especially helpful for clients navigating trauma or more complex emotional experiences.

Why I Offer Intensives

Traditional weekly therapy is incredibly helpful—but sometimes, you need more space. A longer, focused session allows us to go deeper without rushing and can create meaningful relief that lasts.

I created this intensive format for people who have been in therapy before but haven’t quite experienced the shift they’ve been seeking. It’s also ideal for those who have a specific concern and want faster, more targeted relief than weekly sessions typically provide—for example, clients navigating acute anxiety or depression after a traumatic event.

Intensives are designed for people who are ready to understand themselves in a new way and feel deeply supported throughout the process.

There will be times when standing alone feels too hard, too scary, and we’ll doubt our ability to make our way through the uncertainty. Someone, somewhere, will say, ‘Don’t do it. You don’t have what it takes to survive the wilderness.’ This is when you reach deep into your wild heart and remind yourself, I am the wilderness.
